Terms and conditions

Booking

Pitches:

  • The basic rate includes: pitch (for a tent, caravan or motor home), admission for 1 or 2 people (depending on the package chosen, i.e. 1-person or 2-person package) and use of the shower units and all guest facilities.
  • Rates are calculated per person and not per pitch.
  • Electricity (6-amp European sockets) can be bought as a supplement.
  • In July and August, bookings must be for a minimum of 1 night,
  • Pitches are available from midday on the date of arrival and must be vacated before midday on the date of departure.

Holiday homes:

  • bookings are for 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday).
  • bookings are deemed to begin at 4pm on the date of arrival and end at 10am on the date of departure.
  • All our holiday homes are equipped with crockery and bed linen (blankets and pillows) – see Inventories
  • Sheets and pillowcases are not provided, but can be hired for an additional fee.
  • When you arrive and are given the keys to your holiday home, you will be asked to pay a refundable deposit of 300 €. You will also be provided with an inventory.
  • You must inform Reception of any errors or discrepancies in the inventory on the date of your arrival.

Guests should ensure they are covered by third-party/personal liability insurance for any damages they may cause.
The management reserves the right to refuse access to a pitch or holiday home to families and/or groups that contain more than the maximum number of people stated for the pitch/holiday home or that otherwise differ from expectations.
Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be modified without our agreement.
You must leave your holiday home as clean as it was when you found it, with all items from the inventory present. You will be charged for any damages, breakages or cleaning/maintenance work that is considered necessary as a result of your actions.
Your deposit will be refunded after you have returned your keys and we have checked the condition of the holiday home.

Booking fees:

  • We do not charge booking fees.

Payment:

  • If you book more than 30 days before your arrival, you must pay 30% of the bill for your stay at the time of booking.
  • The remaining 70% must be paid 30 days before the date of your arrival. You will receive confirmation of your booking from us.
  • If you book less than 30 days before arrival, you must pay the entire bill at the time of booking.

Late arrivals/Changes to bookings /Early departures/Cancellations:

  • If a guest arrives late, their pitch (or holiday home) will be reserved for them until midday the following day. After that time, it will be made available for other bookings.
  • You may amend your booking free of charge, subject to the availability of the desired changes.
  • If you choose to amend the length of your stay (i.e. to arrive later than planned or leave early), you will not be reimbursed for the time you have lost, unless you purchased Cancellation Insurance at the time of booking.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing.
  • If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival, your 30% deposit will not be refunded.
  • If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, you will not receive any refund of your bill.
  • 100% of your bill must be paid a month before you arrive.

Tourist tax

  • Payable throughout the year by all guests over the age of 18.

Animals:

  • If you wish to bring a pet, you will be charged an additional fee at the time of booking.
  • All dogs must be kept on a lead, micro-chipped and fully vaccinated. You will be asked to bring a record of your dog’s vaccinations to be checked at Reception.
  • Please note that only small dogs are allowed in the holiday homes.

Rules and regulations:

  • All guests must follow the rules and regulations outlined on posters around the site. In particular, please note that the following are forbidden:
  • – making loud noise after 11pm,
  • – behaving in a way that could cause harm to others,
  • The management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest(s) failing to adhere to the rules and regulations, without obligation to pay indemnities or compensation to the said guest(s).
  • The management cannot and will not be held liable for:
  • Any damages caused by use of the WiFi network or online booking system.
